Claiming My Life Back

    Depressed, disjointed, struggling, irritable, irrationally angry. How many of us identify with these words? How many people have come up to us and asked us why are we so irritated all the time? How many times have our parents told us "You used to be a happy child. What happened to you suddenly?" There are many times we do not even know what these people are talking about. Most of us keep saying "I'm not irritated" or "I am not angry, I'm just emphasizing my point". And this, my friend, is a common problem all across.
